Mr. Wagh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall restrict the present petition to the extent of seeking directions against the Education Officer to decide the proposal submitted by the Head Master for the pensionery benefits as to the Government Resolution dated 27th December, 2018.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3State. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking revised pensionary benefits is pending with the Education Officer (Exh. R-3,

983-wp.7069-19.odt Page No.24) of Civil Application No.6723 of 2019 then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four months.
