The criminal writ petition is allowed as against respondents No. 2 and 3.

Respondents No. 2 and 3 are hereby directed to pay compensation of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only), in respect of the death of Ashok Kakde. The amount is to be deposited in this Court within 45 days from today.

If the amount is not deposited within 45 days, the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 8% per annum. 4.

After depositing of the amount, affidavit is to be filed by

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. 6.
