Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. Girase waives notice for respondent No.3. Learned Advocate Mr. Shaikh waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and after taking instructions submits that within four weeks the proposal of pension papers would be submitted to respondent No.2.

In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to forward the pension papers within a period four weeks from today. After the pension papers are received by respondent No.2, respondent No.2 to take further steps as expeditiously as possible, as per the provisions of law.
