By the present application, the applicants -

(2) C.A. No. 1543 of 2017 State & its authorities are seeking extension of time of six months for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5859 of 2016 on 02.08.2016.

This Court by judgment pronounced on 02.08.2016 in Writ Petition No. 5859 of 2016 had given directions as under :- "

We direct the respondents to step up the pay of the petitioners to bring it at par with the pay of their juniors, compute the amount payable to the petitioners towards pay in accordance with the judgment and order passed by this Court in the case of Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher & others Vs. The State of Maharashtra & others (supra) and release the said amount to them, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. "

Time to comply the said directions is extended by 03 (Three) months from today. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
