It appears that the original claimants died during pendency of the appeals and the present applications are filed for bringing their legal representatives on record. Death certificates are annexed to the applications. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the applications, the same are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D" and disposed off accordingly.
