Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2009. Learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mark-sheet of the petitioner of final year examination is withheld. The petitioner requires the mark-sheet for employment. 2.

The petitioner has already filed say to the vigilance report. In light of that, we pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold issuance of mark-sheet of final year examination of the petitioner only on the ground that validity proceeding is pending. However, the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner.

II. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11.02.2021. Considering the fact that even say to the vigilance report is filed, the Committee shall, thereafter, decide the proceedings within six weeks.

III. Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee, the respondents may take further course of action. 3.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
