This Application has been moved by claimant for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in the reference Court vide pay order dated 21-11-2019. The total amount deposited is Rs. 22,32,800/-. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body has no objection to permit the claimant to withdraw 75% of the total amount deposited in this Court. Claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the total amount deposited on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in the event, decision in First Appeal is adverse to his interest, he would pay back / redeposit the amount being withdrawn under this order within a period of three months from the date of such decision. Claimant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount of the total amount deposited upon furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
