In view of the fact that representation is given by the petitioner seeking transfer at a particular place, we are not entering into the merits of the matter. Interest of justice would be subserved by passing the following order : a) The Respondent No.1 shall decide the representation (Exh.C-collectively) filed by the petitioner with regard to his transfer on its own merits as per the policy expeditiously, preferably by end of April 2015.
