Heard. Admittedly, charge-sheet has been filed before the competent Court. We are unable to evaluate the charge-sheet and material collected

cra472.15 by the investigating machinery in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In that view of the matter, we make the following order:

O R D E R

(I) Criminal Application No.472 of 2015 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the Applicant to apply for discharge, in view of filing of the charge-sheet.

(II) If such application for discharge is made, the trial Judge shall decide the same within four months from the date of filing of the Application.
