Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the applications with liberty to make an appropriate application before the reference court for withdrawal of amount. He further submits that in view of disposal of the appeal, the amount deposited by the acquiring body be transferred to the reference court, so as to enable the applicants to make an appropriate application before the reference court for withdrawal of amount. 2.

Allowed to withdraw.
