Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 30.11.2021 whereby registration of his first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 323 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 30.11.2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of all the office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. The delay stands condoned.
