This application is fled for setting aside the order dated 20.10.2022 whereby the registration of the appeal of the applicant has been refused for non removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant is ready to remove all the offce objections within three weeks. However, considering the negligent approach of the applicant, some cost needs to be imposed.
