The learned counsel Mr.U.P.Giri for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant Mr.S.B.Katke, Executive Engineer, Lift Irrigation Division, Osmanabad seeks to withdraw the First Appeal on the ground that the fact situation is squarely covered by the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 and component of interest is covered by the Full Bench decision in the case of State of Maharashtra Vs. Kailas Shiva Rangari ; 2016 (4) ALL MR 513 (F.B.).

All the First Appeals are disposed of. If the amounts are deposited in the Court it shall be paid to the respondents/ claimants together with the interest accrued thereon. 4.
