The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent authorities to deposit the amount of compensation as per the judgment and award passed by this Court in First Appeal.

It appears that, the petitioner has filed execution proceeding before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur and same is pending. The petitioner has to file application for issuance of warrant of attachment against the respondent authorities, if the respondent authorities fail to deposit the amount of compensation as per the judgment and award passed by this Court in first appeal, then may move this Court. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

2 wp 1447.22 with liberty to the petitioner to file application before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur in pending execution proceedings. No costs.
