Instead of getting into legality of the impugned order, which is an interlocutary one, the situation can be resolved by directing the authority before which concerned main proceedings are pending to decide the same as early as possible. Accordingly, the authority to decide the main proceeding itself, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
