The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are seeking directions to the respondent authorities to deposit the amount of compensation as per the judgment and award passed by this Court in First Appeal.

It appears that, the petitioners have filed execution proceeding before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur and same is pending. The petitioners have to first file application for issuance of warrant against the properties of the respondent. If the respondent authorities fail to deposit the amount of compensation as per the judgment and award passed by this Court in first appeal, even after attachment of the properties, then the petitioner may move this Court.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file application before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur in pending execution proceedings. No costs.
