P.C. :- Present petition has been filed mainly to seek directions against respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner which is pending since January, 2023. In view of this limited prayer and the fact that the learned AGP, after serving notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and on instructions, makes a statement that the matter is for vigilance and it can be decided within a period of 4 months, we propose to dispose of the writ petition, by giving following directions :- "The writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner on its own merits, within a period of four months from today."
