Subsequent to the filing of this petition, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have recommended the names of petitioners to the concerned Zilla Parishad for

1195.15wp -2appointment as Shikshan Sevak. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that prayer in this petition is satisfied. In case, recommendations of respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not adhered by the concerned Zilla Parishad, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to take out appropriate remedy.
