1) The petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to Respondents - District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ahmednagar and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ahmednagar to consider objections raised by the petitioners in respect of non-inclusion of their names in the list of voters.

2) The election programme for finalization of list of voters is published on 8.1.2015. Provisions voters list has been published on

9.1.2015 and objections were invited to the provisional list of voters up to 19.1.2015.

3) Admittedly, the petitioners did not raise any objection to the provisional voters list. The last date prescribed for consideration of the claims and objections to the provisional list of voters was 29.1.2015, which date also has elapsed. Since the petitioners did not raise any objections to the provisional list of voters, the request made by the petitioners for issuance of the directions to the aforesaid authorities for consideration of their claims and objections, cannot be entertained.

It would be open for the petitioners to resort to appropriate remedies available in law after completion of the election process.

4) With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
