By order dated 01/04/2015, this Court directed respondent No.1 to take decision on the application rendered by the petitioner seeking permission to purchase / exchange lands under Section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, within six months.

Learned AGP has placed on record the copy of order dated 05/04/2018 passed by respondent No.1, thereby disposing of the application / proposal of the petitioner with liberty to file fresh proposal by complying the deficiencies mentioned in the said order. 3.

In view of compliance of the order passed by this Court, contempt petition is disposed of.
