Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP appearing for the State and learned Counsel for respondent No.5.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals with favourable recommendations by respondent No.2 for running 5th to 7th

1125.16wp+ standards as per natural growth, are pending with respondent No.1. However, respondent No.1 has not taken decision on the said proposals.

In the light of the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, we direct respondent No.1 to take decision, if already not taken, on all the five proposals, which are subject matter of the aforementioned five writ petitions, as expeditiously as possible; however, on or before 15th June, 2016.

With the above observations, all the writ petitions stand disposed of.
