The present writ petition takes exception to order dated 13.01.2015 passed by Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik in RTS/Revision/369/2013, thereby refusing to grant stay to order dated 20.06.2013 passed by Additional Collector, Ahmednagar in RCS Appeal No.92/2012. 2.

This Court issued notices to respondents vide order dated 20.02.2015 and also directed parties to maintain status quo as was existing on the date of issuance of order. The said interim arrangement is continued and still in operation. 3.

It appears that, RTS/Revision/369/2013 is pending before Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik after passing order on interim application. In this background, instead of delving into

(2) 32-wp-1568-2015.odt merits of the matter, it would be appropriate to direct expeditious disposal of Revision Application. Hence, following order is passed:

ORDER

a.

Writ Petition is partly allowed.

b.

The learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik is directed to decide RTS/Revision/369/2013 within period of four months from today.

c.

Till disposal of RTS/Revision/369/2013, interim arrangement made under order dated 20.02.2015 passed by this Court shall continue.

d.

Parties to cooperate.
