Mr. Kadam, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, petition has become infructuous. The elections are over and results are also declared. 2.

In view of that, Mr. Kedar, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, he will file dispute. The authority may be directed to decide the dispute within particular time frame. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may file the dispute as may be permissible under the law. The authorities where the dispute is filed may decide the same within the period as stipulated under the statute. No costs.
