The grievance is made that the proposal/ application submitted for renewal of the Sonography machine is not decided. Mr. Patil, learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that the application of the petitioner for fresh registration of the Sonography machine will be decided afresh within two weeks from today. On decision being taken, the order be communicated by the respondents to the petitioner. 2.

In view of the said statement, Writ Petition is disposed of.
