The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the Standing Committee would decide the appeal of the petitioner on its own merits. In the light of that, we pass the following order:-

O R D E R

I.

As agreed by the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee shall decide the appeal of the petitioner, expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within two months.

II.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
