This petition is challenging the order dated 29th June 2015 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nashik, in a bunch of 12 appeals preferred under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short "The Act") against the order under Section 88 of the Act. By the order impugned, the 12 matters are remitted to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Jalgaon, for appointing another

2 W.P. 1592/2016 authorised officer under Section 88 of the Act. 2.

The order impugned is revisable.

This Court, vide order dated 5th October 2016, directed the respondents-appellants in the 12 appeals are not to dispose of immovable property standing in their names.

In view of the statutory remedy, I am not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the State Government under Section 154 of the Act and, if such revision is filed within two weeks, the same shall be finally decided on merits, by condoning delay, if any, within 45 days thereafter. 6.

The interim order dated 5th October 2016 shall continue to operate till disposal of the revision before the State Government. ( ROHIT B. DEO ) JUDGE Madkar
