The learned AGP Mr.Tambe has, with great promptitude, taken instructions from the present Education Officer (Secondary), Zillha Parishad, Jalgaon and on a written communication to him dated 24.06.2022, an assurance is given that the proposal of the petitioner would be decided within 8 days. Copy of the said communication is marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be squarely covered by a recent judgment of this Court in khs/June 2022/188

Since a solemn statement is made by the present Education Officer that the proposal of the petitioner would be decided within 8 days, that this petition is disposed off by consent of the petitioner. We expect that the Education Officer would comply with our directions on or before 11.07.2022.
