Perused the order, passed by this Court on 4.8.2017 in Civil Application No. 4606 of 2017. Pursuant to this order, original claimant has moved application for withdrawal of the compensation amount before the Reference Court. It appears that the Reference Court did not permit withdrawal of the amount, as R. and P. was not available before the Reference Court.

Considering the difficulty, R. and P. of Land Acquisition Reference No. 19 of 2009 be sent back to the Court of II Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded, for passing order regarding withdrawal of the compensation amount.
