We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

We had under order dated 28.01.2022 observed that, under judicial orders we would not be extending time for filling in application for the post of District Judge. We had also observed that it is a case of lethargy on the part of the petitioner.

It is submitted that, applications were invited pursuant to the advertisement for the post of District Judge from 07.01.2022 to 27.01.2022.

The petitioner could not have filled in the application, as he was age barred.

As the last date for filling in application is already over on 27.01.2022, it would not be possible to accept the contentions of Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
