3767.16wp sought to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the proposal submitted by the added respondent, which is pending with respondent No.3.

We direct respondent No.3 to take a decision on the said proposal submitted by the added respondent, if already not taken, in accordance with the law, as expeditiously as possible; however, within twelve weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner and the added respondent also.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
