Shri Naikwade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount has been deposited in the joint account of the applicant Nos. 1 to 4. He submitted that all of them have equal shares in the amount of compensation.

In view of this, each of the applicant Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 shall have one forth share each in the amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body.
