Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. This application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition St.No. 8835 of 2023, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, in view of conditional order dated 03.07.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The petitioner could not take steps pursuant to the order of removing of office objections within two weeks from the date of the order. Now the applicant assures that the the applicant would remove office objections within three weeks from today. There is delay of 548 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed.
