Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. and learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4. They submit that after filing this petition, the petitioner's services have been terminated on 5th July, 2016. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsistence allowance for the period during which the petitioner was placed under suspension, has not been paid by the respondent No.4/Management.

We direct respondent No. 4/Management to pay the amount towards the subsistence allowance due and payable to the petitioner for the period for which he was placed under suspension, if already not disbursed,

wp1851-2016 as expeditiously as possible; however, within four weeks from today.

Since the petitioner wishes to challenge the order of termination before the appropriate forum, this petition has rendered infructuous. Needless to observe that the contentions raised in this writ petition are kept open to be agitated at the appropriate time before the appropriate forum, if need be. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
