This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. The appellants - Acquiring Body, has deposited 50% of the amount under the award along with the interest accrued thereon, pursuant to the order dated 29.09.2018 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.11185 of 2018.

In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court, with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
