The learned for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would make representation to respondent nos. 1 and 2 for absorption. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners were working under the scheme "Grants-in-Aid to Voluntary Organisations working for welfare of Scheduled Tribes". The petitioners schools where the petitioners were working received the grants for ten years continuously. The staff working in the schools run under the said scheme are already
2 wp 1533.18 absorbed with the other schools, however, the petitioners are not absorbed. The petitioners belong to the teaching and non-teaching staff. The State Government has absorbed the staff of the Wasti Shala into the regular schools but the same relief is not being given to the petitioners. 2.
In case the petitioners were working continuously for a period of ten years on grantin-aid basis, then the respondents shall consider the grievance raised by the petitioners for absorption on appropriate terms, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date the petitioners would make the representation.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
