As per the order passed by this Court dt. 28.01.2016, learned AGP informs that, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Partur has issued a tribe certificate to the petitioner.

The petitioner's tribe certificate would now be required to be sent for validation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks' time for sending the proposal to the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The

sgp 2 WP1047.2016.odt Caste Scrutiny Committee, upon receipt of such proposal from the petitioner, shall decide the same within a period of 12 months. In the meantime, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner. 4.
