PER COURT :- Learned AGP appearing for the respondent scrutiny committee states on instructions that the tribe certificate validation claim of the petitioner would be decided by the scrutiny committee by 30.4.2016. The statement made is accepted and scrutiny committee is directed to decide the validation claim in respect of the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner before 30.4.2016. Respondent No.3 is directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner on account of failure to submit validation certificate.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
