ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is appointed in the year 1996. The validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.2 Committee since 2013. It is submitted that the hearing before the Committee has already taken place.

Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that, the respondent No.3 has not taken any action

Writ Petition No.1052/2016 against the petitioner nor has issued any notice on account of pendency of the validation proceedings.

The hearing has already taken place. The Committee shall take decision in respect of the validation proceedings of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
