Heard leaned counsel for the parties.

Looking at the contents of the application and that the amount has been paid as a component of compensation granted under the award of tribunal, for the reasons contained in the application, withdrawal of deposited amount along with interest is allowed on the condition that applicants shall file an undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this court, to the effect that in the event of decision in the first appeal going adverse to their interest, they will pay back / re-deposit withdrawn amount in this court within a period of three months from the date of decision in first appeal.

Upon furnishing undertaking as aforesaid, the applicants be allowed to withdraw the amount. 4.
