1] During pendency of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner is already terminated from service. The Civil Application for amendment is disposed of on the basis of the statement of Mr.H.V.Patil, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Standing Committee.

2] In case appeal of the petitioner is allowed before the Standing Committee, then the petitioner can subsequently claim relief as sought in the present Writ Petition by filing appropriate proceedings. In that event, all
