Since time to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 2nd December, 2014, has been extended under order dated 6th January, 2015, upon a request, and the order dated 6th January, 2015 is of the nature clarifying that along with extension of time, interim relief has been made absolute to operate during pendency of the second appeal.
