This is a successive application seeking quashment of the crime. However, earlier application was disposed of as withdrawn on 17.06.2022 with liberty to the applicants to apply for discharge before the trial Court. In view of such state of affairs, it would not be appropriate for this bench to reconsider the issue and entertain a prayer for quashment again.
