The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 09/03/2016, by which, respondent No. 5/Women and Child Welfare Project Officer, has awarded punishment to the petitioner by concluding that the earlier decision on punishment taken by the concerned department on 06/05/2008, is sustained.

The petitioner can challenge the impugned order before respondent No. 3/Chief Executive Officer, and in the event of respondent No. 5, having issued the impugned order on delegated authority from the Chief Executive Officer, the petitioner can assail the said order before respondent No. 2.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as the petitioner has a statutory remedy available. The time spent in this Court from 22/01/2018, till the passing of this order shall be a good ground for condonation of delay.
