1) Seen endorsement and signature on the copy of application of the learned counsel for the applicant. Nobody turns up for the appellant. Leaned counsel for the respondent submits that there is interim relief against him and so the respondent is interested in early hearing of the matter. The appeal is of the year 2014 and the suit was of the year 2008. It is submitted that applicant No.1 Kondabai has now crossed the age of 65 years so the matter needs to be decided as early as possible.
