These applications are filed by the claimants to withdraw remaining 50% compensation amount, subsequently deposited in the Executing Court. Learned counsel for applicants submits that from the group in First Appeal No. 581 of 2010 and First Appeal No. 566 of 2010, this Court has already allowed the claimants to withdraw the entire compensation amount, subject to

ca6800.18 furnishing written undertakings for 50% amount and security for remaining half of the amount before the Executing Court.

Learned counsel for Acquiring Body has not disputed this position. Therefore, on the ground of parity, applications are allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount, out of deposited amount, on submitting written undertaking before the Executing Court to redeposit the same as and when directed by this Court and remaining 50% amount shall be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing of solvent security to the satisfaction of the Executing Court.
