Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicant has vehemently argued that she being the family member has been falsely implicated in the crime. She did not assault the first informant. 3.

It has been alleged against the applicant that she assaulted the injured with iron rod on the back of the head. The injured has suffered the contused lacerated wound on head by the weapon like hard and sharp. Same type of allegations of assault on the back of the head have also been levelled against the other co-accused. The injured has been discharged. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has also

932-BA.184-23.odt been seized. She is a woman. Considering her role and her gender, she deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SALMA BEGUM W/O. MAZHAR KHAN be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.348 of 2022, registered by Police Station Jinsi, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 326, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the IPC, on the following conditions : (a) The applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of the charge sheet.

(b) She shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
