This petition has been filed by these two petitioners, under an apprehension that though they are at Sr.Nos. 29 and 30, in the ClerkTypist selection list on merit basis, for Division Beed, from the open category, the MSRTC may not appoint them.

The learned Advocate representing the MSRTC submits that the MSRTC has not violated the select list. The turn of these 2 petitioners in serial order of merit is yet to arrive and the moment their turn comes after serial No.28, they would be appointed depending on the available khs/April 2022/4020
