Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that first appeal arises out of the same award, this Court permitted the original claimants in the aforesaid appeal to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before this court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and further directed to fix the remaining amount of 25% in any nationalized bank for certain period. I have also heard the learned A.G.P. for the state. 2.

In view of the above statements, the applicants are also permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and the balance amount of 25% shall be invested in F.D.R. in any nationalized bank for a initial period of five years and renewal thereafter as directed by this Court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
