This application is for withdrawal of amount and for bringing heir of sole applicant/claimant on record. First appeal is already decided vide order dated 15.02.2018. That time applicant was alive. By the time the respondent/acquiring body deposited the amount and original claimant was to withdraw the amount, he was no more. He died on 09.12.2022. Present application is filed by the son of the deceased applicant along with legal heir certificate.

It is desirable to allow this application and permit him to withdraw the amount. The applicant is permitted to bring himself on record by carrying out necessary amendment. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The applicant is also allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest. The civil application is disposed of.
