Heard both sides. Considering the challenge made to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount, as follows:- I) 75% of the amount on furnishing undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them in the appeal, they shall re-deposit the amount within four months of passing of such order.

ii) 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit receipt in any Nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years and the same shall be renewed thereafter from time to time until further orders.
